Band Stand

The Bandstand is the official newsletter of the New York Band Directors Association and is published three times throughout the academic year.

Attempting to better meet the needs and desires of Band Directors in NY State and also to do our best to wisely spend your membership dollars, the NYSBDA Executive Board has decided to make some changes to the way the Band Stand is produced and distributed.

Issue #1 (September) will be available to all Band Directors across the state and will be produced in electronic format and posted on the website.

Issue #2 (January) will be produced as an electronic document for the membership only and will be posted on the NYSBDA Website. NYSBDA Members will get an email when it becomes available for viewing.

Issue #3 (June) will also be a digital issue for membership only.
